Gain fat by eating peanut butter?

I'm trying to lose stomach fat and I'm wondering if I eat several tablespoons of peanut butter a day will affect progress as long as I'm under my calorie limit. I have a pool party on May 24, and really wanna lose this fat before then.

    As long as you do stomach exercises you will lose stomach fat. if you are trying to cut down your calorie intake i would stay away from peanut butter and eat something healthier, or at least eat it in moderation not several tablespoons of it.

    Peanut butter is high in fat. If you are looking to lose weight just consume less calories per day. Roughly 300-500 calories less per day and the weight will eventually come off. The only thing peanut butter is going to do is increase your fat calories per day. If you're under your caloric limit it wont hurt you necessarily; depending on where those calories are coming from.

    I'd suggest a 40/40/20 split. 40% of daily calories from clean carbs and proteins. The remaining 20% fats. If your caloric maintenance level was at 2000 calories. This would allow you to have roughly 44g of fat per day. There is about 16g of fat per 2 tbls of peanut butter. So back to your initial question. This is about 2-3 servings of peanut butter anymore than that would be considered bad.

    Yes. Peanut butters high in fat. Although it's the healthy kind of fat that much of it will affect your progress. A little of it though is very good for you.

    Remeber eating in moderation ia okay like once a week or onces a moth
