I'm 90lbs, ate 150g of protein today?

I'm 13, and have stomach fat I want to get rid of, today I had 3 scoops of whey protein, small can of tuna, and lots of vegetables. I heard protein boost metabolism, am I consuming too much? Is it bad for me? Or is it boosting my metabolism?

    You're eating WAY too much especially for your age and stuff. Protein just gets transformed into sugars and stored as fat if it's not being used. Plus weigh proteins generally are very high calories. How tall are you that you're 90lbs and have stomach fat?

    You don't want to eat more than 55g of protein a day. Green tea boosts metabolism, drink a few cups daily.
