when I shut my laptop or log off I cant login because there is a blank black screen that sometime said please wait and nothing happen I have to shut my laptop off with the button every time I open it I have a windows 8 please help

When you finish to work on computer turn it off first by Start / arrow / Turn Off.Do not use Hibernation mode.It creates many problems
