    Hi Carling

yes i have one and have given to a friends son as he needs to learn how to code in assembly language.

other friends have them they use them for a variety of uses one being as a security system for a local radio station. it switches cameras so they have a constant idea of what is going on around the building at night a well as day. as the Raspberry is mostly a linux device a few applications have been covered.

personally i have not really got the time. so letting a 15 year old have it to learn i thought was a good idea.

I have two. One acts as a VPN gateway, the other an IPTV proxy.

I wouldn't call it miraculous. It is what it is - a full computer with a 700 MHz processor, 512 MB RAM and network connectivity for the price of one meal at an OK restaurant.

I have one, but haven't gotten around to playing with it yet.
