I'm going to assume you have access to your router.
1. Try powering off your router, waiting 15 secs, then turning it back on. Retest your WiFi access.
2. Just as a temporary test, try turning off your Windows Firewall (Control Panel -- Windows Firewall -- 'Turn Firewall on or off' -- Set both sections to 'Off'). Retest your WiFi access.
3. Access your router config screens, find the firewall section, note the current setting and then turn it off. Retest your WiFi access.
If things worked after Step-3 you need to figure out which firewall is blocking you: Step-2's Windows Firewall, or Step-3's router Firewall. Follow the procedure in Step-2 and turn your Windows Firewall back on and retest your WiFi access. If it still works then the Windows firewall wasn't the culprit.
Now do Step-3 again and turn your router Firewall back on. Retest your WiFi access. If it blocks you then you know you need to figure out a way to get the firewall to let your games get through it. It's probably blocking a specific port that your games use. Either read your WiFi router manual or Google how to grant exceptions to apps on your router.
Hope this helps!

Well I too get that problem rarely.
If you can see a warning sign on the connection you may want to restart the router.
Try restarting the router even if the sign doesn't appear
