Both my parents are yelling at me while I'm driving?

So, I went driving a few days ago with both my mom and my dad. As I was driving, both of them kept constantly yelling at me for everything I was doing. I almost got into accident because my dad was yelling at me! I didn't do anything wrong. I admit I started braking too late sometimes or accelerating too fast sometimes, but I did nothing that would have gotten us into an accident.

Just so you know, I have had my permit for about 3 months, and I have only gone driving a total of 4 times (3 times with my instructor and once with only my mom).

I have a driving instructor, and I feel completely fine with him. Nothing has happened, and he hasn't even used his brake once! But when I'm with my parents, I get so nervous and start doing things wrong.

I even told my dad that yelling is making me nervous, but he would make fun of me and tell me that you can't be a "girl" and be sensitive to all the yelling that he is doing.

I don't want to drive with them for a long time, but I'm stuck with them, because they are the only ones that can take me! I have no idea what to do...

Don't practice driving with more than one person in the car. I hate the "backseat drivers" to such an extent of where I may kick them to the curb.

If your parents badly want to teach you, take turns. One day, learn with your dad while the other, with your mom. You really need to sit down and talk to them about it. Shouting at someone learning, especially driving, is DANGEROUS.

I understand that you've said that you've told them before, but I do not know if this occurred while you were driving. Talk to them when no one is driving. Or rather, have a meeting at the dinning room table. Discuss to them how you feel about their actions while you're driving.

At your next driving lesson with your instructor, discuss with him about this problem. They generally have tips that are a great help.

Never drive with two other drivers, they will confuse you, the one in back needs to be told that the one in front is the only one you can listen to, make them take turns, if they cant be good tell them they need to pay for more lessons. your instructor may also have some good tips. they need to make sure that they dont teach you things that your instructor is not happy with

If the driving force became impaired, he's answerable for DUI or DWI. He can say however he needs to approximately you yelling and distracting him, yet he became using under the effect. Your dad is going to have a severe situation in courtroom. The worst area is that his coverage rates will bypass interior the path of the roof.

They are being a distraction. Ask your driving instructor what you should do.
