Hey, please check this grammar...?
The person may have difficulty managing his weight because of financial constraints related to unemployment that prevented from buying healthy foods.
Is the grammar correct in this sentence?

It looks pretty good! I have some suggestions that may be correct. I have not read earlier sentences, but I would change "The person" to "This person". Also, add "him" after "prevented". Here's an example:
"This person may have difficulty managing his weight because of financial constraints related to unemployment that prevented him from buying healthy foods."
You could also make this to sentences, if you like:
"This person may have difficulty managing his weight because of financial restraints related to unemployement. They prevented him from buying healthy foods."
I hope I helped. :)
