    My 7 year old grand daughter sends me one every night:

    "I love you Grandpa and so does Jesus. Good night."

    She lives in Oregon, I live in Virginia.

    I don't think you're "snarky", do you know what snarky means.??

    but I do think it's "silly" to send text messages about god, especially to a girlfriend.
