Windows 7 Keeps Switching from Active Window?
Hello,
I have a new computer (few days old), running Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit. Practically no bloatware, as far as I can see.
My problem is that it has a tendency to 'switch' from the active window after a few seconds - e.g. I have a browser open, and am reading a long document, then suddenly I'm unable to scroll down anymore because the browser window is no longer 'active'. So I have to click on it again in order to be able to scroll down.
I tried a test by opening a folder - at first, it works like normal i.e. I can use the arrow keys to select (highlight) various files within the folder. Left it for a few seconds, then tried hitting the arrow keys again, and voila - I can no longer select anything since the window was no longer 'active'.
Any ideas?
Thanks.

A process is stealing focus.
Right-click your taskbar > Start Task Manager and select the Processes tab
Go through the list and see which process might be the one

The trendy viruses discontinue you from opening whatever that can be utilized to close it,won't even mean you can use restoration point, if that is so you are going to must use a free application known as rkill, it'll stop all unlawful strategies and exhibit you the file identify so which you can delete it. The virus will hide all your files, you will have got to go into folder choices to "exhibit hidden files" and go via your computer right click all directories opt for residences and untick the "disguise" box additionally say yes to unhide sub-directories when prompted. The pleasant advise i can give to any pc consumer is if you happen to get a deadly disease as quickly as you see it, hold the on/off button in for five or so seconds and it will shut the laptop down crash home windows and alterations is probably not saved. This visus btw is extra of a agony telling your resources maxed out, the error messages are a outright lie.
