My parents want to file a report, what next ?

I'm 16 and this 18year old tutor that I hired took advantage of me this past week. I had just gotten back from rehab for self harm, suicidal thoughts and an eating disorder so I had a lot going on. I'm ashamed and embarrassed because he told me if I wanted his trust back I'd send him a full nude shot with my face in it. I did and he sent me one of his penis. He told me if I tell anyone he will show everyone of the picture to people because that's his insurance . He told me that when the girls he tutors do well( he only tutors girls)  he likes to reward them and he asked me to ask for anything. He told me that he would reward me with sexual things. I will admit I wanted to feel loved so I texted dirty too. Then we had sex.at the end of the sex I got his check and he got me in a choke hold and threw me down and got the check. I'm not quiet sure what's going to happen tomorrow. I deleted some of the texts because I showed them to my friends and I was embarrassed of at least three no more than four. My parents are furious and want to get him in trouble. He's scary and I don't feel safe anymore

Don't be afraid. The right thing happened here. You are a minor and he is legal age and clearly put you in a bad situation at a vulnerable time.  He'll likely be arrested and charges will be pressed. He may take a plea deal or this may go to trial. If he's done this to you, he has done this to others too and maybe more will come forward.  This guy is potentially in a lot of trouble...

Let your parents handle this, report him before he abuses more girls.
Get a new tutor suggest female for the time being.
Get into counselling to help yourself
He will run now he knows that he is going to be reported.
Your wont be his only victim.
Why take an 18 year old tutor - hes not old enough to know how to tutor??
Make sure all tutoring is done when your parents are around in future.

Lord god in heaven so your parents are imbeciles who allow you have the access to tex pics and texts without ever checking your usage and they are furious with the guy.  Come on you are as guilty as he and unfortunately your ignorant parents want to punish HIM alone.  

And you in your freaking guilt must have delted the ones YOU did so he would get in more trouble than you.   God help the guy.
