Custom nascar die-cast paint question?

I paint/decal custom nascar die-casts. No not those printer paper cutout ones so many people do on youtube, I use real decals/paint the cars. Anyway, im now working on David Gilliland's #38 Peanut Patch Ford that he drove at Talladega last fall. Im running into a bit of an issue however, the base color of the car I believe is Fluorescent Yellow? But im not entirely sure, is the color of this car Fluorescent Yellow?
