*situation * - I was driving approaching an intersection, I was going through just as the light was turning yellow. As I went under the light on the opposite side (approached the opposite side of the intersection) the light was still yellow. I just got over the other side of the intersection and saw a flash (i pre-knew there was a camera in that intersection). I did a quick look back and saw no one else went through the intersection after me. Did I get busted? I was on the other side of the line on the opposite side of the intersection when I saw a flash go off. I might have just seen it aka imagined i saw it? Ive also read alot of these pics get tossed as their is no way to determine the driver or its a false violation?

Anyone heard any news on him lately? He was kicked out of Woe Is Me, and there were several rumors he was rejoining Of Machines (which they Of Machines shot down saying they don't want Austin back). Personally yes I agree with most people the guy has some issues with being an a$$hole/control freak with bands, but he is a decent drummer ill give him that. I keep hearing/reading hes going to form his own band? ...anyone heard anything on him as of recent? - is he going to join an already existing band, form his own, or is this the end of "the issues, woe is me, a path less traveled,of machines saga of member changing lineup drama lol"

I am thinking of getting a half sleeve/upper arm to shoulder tattoo in the near future. My main reason for asking is possible estimate cost wise. Ive done some research and already know the cost varies by either time or artist and in some cases the amount of detail with the tattoo. I paint/decal custom nascar die-casts. No not those printer paper cutout ones so many people do on youtube, I use real decals/paint the cars. Anyway, im now working on David Gilliland's #38 Peanut Patch Ford that he drove at Talladega last fall. Im running into a bit of an issue however, the base color of the car I believe is Fluorescent Yellow? But im not entirely sure, is the color of this car Fluorescent Yellow?

I have a droid motorola x2 and the battery life on the device I believe is starting to go out. Ive had the phone for over a year/the battery is old/probably on its "last legs". Anyway, ive read online you can buy portable phone chargers that don't require outlets, which would be convinent for me since im currently a college student and it is difficult to find an available outlet sometimes. Ive found one on Amazon, that id buy as anew unit, would this be a fitting choice to solve my issue? -http://www.amazon.com/Motorola-98782-P790-Portable... MAIN ISSUE - I need a charger that is portable and doesnt require an outlet that is compatible with my droid x2. If this isnt a good charger what are some portable ones that are? PS - I do not want to go out and buy a new battery for my phone,

I have some vid files that yes I made the brainless mistake of erasing from my PC. They were taken with my phone and transferred to my PC and worked with Quicktime player, they are in Quick time format/MP4 files. I accidentally deleted them and have used EVERY kind of free video recovery tool, I have been able to get the files back to where I can go to open them, but when I play them I get "error 2048". I have used Video Converts to try to change the format of the vid from MP4 to 3GP and none of those work either. I have read apples quicktime playback component works for this kind of issue? Would I need it to be able to play these vids? Or how can i Go about fixing this issue so that the videos work again? - FYI im not very "tech" Ive seen codec stuff suggested as an option and am not sure what all that is haha. But anything is helpful as I really am clueless how to or IF i can fix this?

Yes and as many know Joey Logano is signed to drive this car in 2013 and beyond, but ive read a lot of posts on "Roger Penske made a HUGE mistake hiring him" or "horrible choice Roger", and there are a few fans of Logano saying he made a poor choice. ... Opinions of Logano's choice to move to Penske? was it good, was it bad? and If not Logano, of all the free agents from the 2012 season, who wouldve fit well with the Penske #22 car?

So im sure many of you have already seen the 2013 Sprint Cup cars/the new layout of them. My question is what do you think of them? - Chevy,Ford and Toyota.

Perosnally. I don't like what Nascar did to them. I know Nascar's goal was to have more brand identity and cars more relatable to what the fans drive. Along with being more appealing to the fans eye. But I don't see what was wrong with the former - 2011-12 cars they had? The only issue was the amount of ratings from fans, but I honeslty don't expect that to change just because the look of the cars changed. From what ive read and my own guess, fans are leaving nascar- because of the media making up stories and blowing things out of proportion, rule changes and the lack of wrecks/cautions. (yes ive read on a nascar.com poll more fans wanted to see wrecks than racing). ..But a more relevant point is the cost for these new car bodies. Example- James Finch said if he cant find a sponsor then he will close shop because he cant afford to run the new cars and all the sheetmetal from 11-12 cars is now scrap. Think of how many other of the smaller teams are going to be affected by this. Nascar said they wanted to encourage new teams to join into the sport, well teams like FAS Lane,Tommy Baldwin,Inception etc all get their cup car bodies from higher up teams at discounted prices since the cars are used.

Thats just my opinion, I think the new cars aren't going to do anything with the ratings, and it will hurt the teams more than help them, NASCAR had a car body that worked for the teams and the fans were somewhat or at least mostly satisfied with , why ruin it?

*NOT from Jayski* I read this on a Nascar blog site "The demise of RCR finally coming?" The view of this is, Harvick is possibly leaving and could take sponsorship with him to SHR in 2014. As many know Jeff Burton is most likely to reitre from driving after next season, no word on what Caterpillar is doing since they are also on the same contract with Burton. This leaves 2 seats open at RCR's cup level. Many know that Childress is saving one of the cars for Austin Dillon, BUT in this case scenario, Dillon would be without a sponsor. RCR would only have 1 fully sponsored car of Paul Menard and there isn't anything saying he will stay at RCR either. Plus look at the fact ECR's engine shop will have no top team customers anymore now that EGR is moving to Hendrick engines. And as im sure many have noticed Childress's cup teams have severly lacked performance over the past few years. So if this all plays out, Childress will have a 3 car team - 2 cars possibly non sponsored fully or at all, no engine marketing/sales, Paul Menard who could certainitly take his ride elsewhere and Austin Dillon. Granted all this is off a blog i read and who knows how true this is, but if you think about it, its a situatuion that could play out with many key points that have already taken place. Opinions on this?

*yes my source if Jayski.com, just curious people's opinions on these matters* Many of the Nascar community is now aware of 2 or at least one major headline, Kevin Harvick leaving RCR for SHR, and BK racing switching one car # to the #23 next season and possibly dropping a driver for Reutimann.

BK racing as far as 2013 goes will keep ONLY a 2 car team keeping sponsorship on both for the full season. They are looking at putting Reutimann in one of the cars, meaning either Landon Cassill or Travis Kvapil are going to be let go. Theyve also decided to get the #23 instead for "dr.peppers's 23 different flavors"/sponsor obligation. My question is who do you think BK racing will let go, IF they do let a driver go? Landon Cassill or Travis Kvapil? I personally would rather see Kvapil STAY with BK. He has ran better and not torn up as many cars as Landon has.

Now for the Harvick dispute. Harvick has apparently signed a deal to drive a 4th car for SHR in 2014. Honestly I think this is a hokes/joke, Childress was completly caught off guard and was unaware Harvick had done anything. Plus the interview'ies never or have yet to get Harvick's side on things. Anyway the question is. IF Harvick is leaving RCR who will replace him? Austin Dillon is already set for the #31 or #3 car, Childress would still need another driver to fill Harvick's shoes. My guess would be he puts Kurt Busch in the car. Why? Kurt is already at a Childress affiliated team, he isn't a rookie, has won a championship, knows how to make the chase, all Childress needs to do is find a sponsor that will work with Busch,...which will be a very difficult process.

These are just my opinions, all my facts I got from Jayski and online Nascar news sites, Just curious what other people think of these situations.

Many of the followers of all three big league series, know Austin Dillon is on the rise to run in the Sprint Cup series i full time in 2014. Chances are he will replace Jeff Burton. BUT, one of the most Controversial stories behind this is Austin Dillon running the #3 on a Cup car. I know their are plenty of opinions out their already on this issue with many stories/articles on it, im just curious how people feel about it - If Austin Dillon were to run the #3 in the Cup series. ....My view- Everybody says it would be respectful of Dale Earnhardt if the #3 was never on the track again. Shouldn't it be the other way around and be respectful to him if it was on the track? You don't respect a loved ones passing by taking down all the pictures you have of them or keep their car garaged up forever because nobody else deserves to drive it. In other words, the #3 is just a number, people/racers will remember SR for who he was and what he did. Plus their are other numbers where a driver has died in a crash that still ran, #28 was driven by Kvapil back in 2008 for example. In all, respect Dale and what he did for the sport, but let Dillon run the #3.

David Ragan's contract is available for the 2013 season. He spent all of 2012 with FRM in the #34 with race to race sponsorship/not full season funding. Do you think he will resign with the #34 team in 2013? He stated on a report from Jayski he wants to be in a more competitive ride in 2013. I like David, but sadly i think his time with Big name organizations like Roush, Hendrick, Gibbs is behind him.

today jun 25 i ordered warped tour tickets for an event jul 7th, i used the standard mailing option *delievery in 10-14 days* im concerned if they will arive in time or not? If not is there a way i can print them online after my order has already been sent in? Im also planning to go with my gf as like a date so im really wanting to make sure i get these on time for it. I have contacted ticketmaster as well about my order asking them if it will arrive in time. Ive asked my mom and she said it should come within the time limit before the event. Will my ticket arrive on time considering i orderd it today jun 25th for jul 7th with a 10-14 day delivery span. Recently my relationship has hit a huge roadblock. Me and my gf dont talk anymore. No we didnt fight nor did we argue, never once during our time together did we do anything like that. It is somewhat a long distance thing *30 mins or so* so we chat on facebook and myyearbook or text. Recently shes been busy with a lot and im ok/understanding of that. But one night about a week ago she randomly delted me from yearbook and deleted and blocked me on facebook. I am friends with her best friend and i asked her what happened, and was told she got her phone taken and shes very busy with alot of stuff, plus her dad *who doesnt approve of her dating anyone from what my gf has told me a few times before all this* has been looking at her messages latley and my gf deleted me to hide me from her dad, or to keep a low-profile for a while. a few days later i asked her friend if my gf missed me and she said "she missed you alot, but shes not mad at you, shes just glad she knows shell talk to you again (: " since then ive asked her friend how is my gf doing? and gotten no reply, its almost been a week since i last talked to my gf. Ive asked many friends advice and had one check her facebook since i was told she closed it off for a while, she just deleted me and blocked me but its still working. ..Im starting to think deleting me was her way of saying goodbye without saying it to my face. ..am i correct is my relationship of 3 months over? wouldnt suprise me, this year is just not my year at all. /: </3

Im thinking from what has gone on latley, my girlfriend is saying goodbye. Recently she has been nusy with soccer camp and an internship and hasnt been able to talk alot *btw its kinda long distance about 30 mins* so we text and facebook and chat on myyearbook. she also mentioned to me she has to be careful her dad doesnt find out. last night she deleted me on yearbook and blocked me on facebook. i asked her friend whos with her alot what happend. she said shes busy and her phone was taken away. i asked about the deleting and her friend said her dad has been checking her stuff, *which my gf also mentioned her dad does when we started dating. do you think shes saying bye or like her friend says shes keeping a low profile so her dad doesnt find me? i think her friend is lying but i trust my gf and shes never lied to me. but i guess theres a first for everything?

sadly my vox gravette trooper shoes are becoming out of date/falling apart, and ive been suggested by many to get Toms. I have seen quite a number of people wearing them, mostly girls but a few guys too. Ive heard there a "uni-sex" shoe *both guys and girls* . my main question is how much do a typical run of the mill plain ones go for? theres a Zumies near my house that i would by them from. im assuming there less expensive in Zumies then the Toms online store? and a few other details i would want to know, is the sizing differrent? like im a mens 10.5, is Toms sizing different? and the other general question is should i look into.getting them? ive heard great things about them including comfort and apperance *along with that donate to lesser country thing*

over the past few years the amount of female drivers in autoracing has increased. with Nascar/the sprint cup series being the most prized racing series *not to cut short the nhra* which female driver in any series do you think would last the longest in sprint cup and be the most succesful? driver can be from any major racing series -nascar,nhra,indy car etc. my pick is johanna long. she is fairing well in the nationwide series, and is quickly gaining experience and respect.

i dont follow indy car much but i know there are female drivers in the sport.

So originally we had 3 animals in our house, a dog and 2 cats. Recently withint the past month we had to put our dog down because she had cancer and it had spread, and the night before one of our cats suddenly dropped dead of an unknown cause. So that now leaves us with one cat in our household that has latley been acting strange/ out of the ordinary and wonder if anyone can shed some light on the subject? Before both our other animals passed this cat stayed only around me and wouldnt come out around anyone else and was basically a frady cat 24/7. Our other cat *the one that died* was a huge attention hog, and our dog also loved to get alot of attention.anyway Now hes outgoing and constantly keeps meowing and we have no idea why he is. Were thinking perhaps he is lonley or misses his companionship of the other animals in the house, and we have been cotmplating getting a 2nd cat like a playmate for him? i know from reading cats usually tend to like being alone or can be alone for a while before needing compaionship, which hes usually alone about 4-5 hours a day before someone gets home. Why is he acting the way he is? is it lonleyness? or is he content? and should we consider a playmate for him or leave him as an only animal?

like past seasons many nationwide and truck series teams are making the move to cup, which organization do you think will make the move next?

ALSO- off topic but for any robby gordon fans i hear hes most likely cutting back to only running select races for the rest of 2012. ..im not a fan of robby but i admit its sad to see another team dropping out of competition.

With the Gatorade duel races tomorrow, there are many drivers who arent locked in to the race and not many spots still available. #26 Tony Raines, #30 David Stremme, and #21 Trevor Bayne are all locked in already based on qualifying plus #32 Terry Labonte has a past champions provisional, as does #97 Bill Elliot who gets it if Labonte qualifys in without it.

of the remaining drivers on the go or go home list which 4 *assuming terry uses the provisional* would you want to make the 500?
