How do I have a power of attorney revoked from another person? What department in government would I go to?

You need to draw up a revocation form to cancel a power of attorney. This assumes of course that that the POA was granted by you to another individual. If you want to remove POA from another person for a 3rd party (for example, you want your brother to have his POA revoked for your Father), you need to get the 3rd party to agree and sign the necessary revocation forms.

You need to talk to an attorney. Most county bar associations can arrange a brief interview with one through their referral service for a small fee.
