i need price advice on my macbook?

i have a 2009 white macbook and i paid $1,500 for it. i just got a new hard drive in it, but i want a newer macbook. how much should i sell this one for?

    They usually sell for around $500 on eBay.

    Plug your specs into a site like http://www.gazelle.com./ They will tell you how much they will give you for your machine. You can typically sell your machine for more than they will give you. You could try adding 20% to what they say.
