I can never find my bra size so which other ones should I buy?

La Senza sells 30 bands A-D but I don't know if you have any near you.

I agree with your friend! You should go down a cup size and up a band size, 30D isn't that hard to find if you look hard enough! What I would suggest is going to La Senza (assuming there is one near you, or you can order online, they are pretty cheap) because I find that their band sizes come up small so they do 30D and 30DD, so of you bought a 30DD it would probably be the same as a 28DD because of the tightness of the band. If nothing else works, you could try 32C or 32D and buy some hooks to sew onto the back so you can make it tighter. Thebigbrabar.com is having a sale at the moment! Also you could go onto the John Lewis website as it isn't very expensive. If you can't find anything I would suggest saving up for one or two bras that are a bit more expensive because even though you won't have many at least they will be good quality and last a long time, of you just buy a few in a plain colour you can always dye them to make them look cuter!
