Different universities call them different things. Generally, you will find them listed under the Business side or Engineering side of a university's offerings.

For example: DeVry University offers an Associates Degree in Network Systems Administration.Their upgrade to a bachelors is the Bachelors of Science in Network and Communications Management.

Look for key works like Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Telecommunications, etc. and generally that is where you will find what you are looking for.

Another good thing is to contact a university's recruiting department. They will happily provide the information you need and help you into a program that fits your needs.

Well you can continue in the same program. Look more into the courses versus the title. You need to find yourself courses that will teach you complex firewalls, servers, etc.
