What are some foods I can introduce to my 7 month old?

He seems bored with his diet. He has fruits with oatmeal for breakfast. Either squash sweet prairies or pears for lunch then either a Mac and cheese or turkey combined with veggies. Or occasionally meat with veggies. Always a bottle as well. He serena bored like he needs new flavors. A what could I do to change it up for him

Update:

He's had his two bottom teeth since 5 months old.

And he gets more than enough formula. At least 25 oz a day but usually more

Anything he is capable of eating except for honey and large amounts of regular milk.

It looks like he's eating table foods? If so, cut up what you are eating and let him eat it. (If parts of your meal aren't appropriate, offer the parts he CAN eat. At 7 months he's still getting 99% of his nutrition from his formula.

(And really, 3 meals a day is quite a lot at this age. Are you sure he's getting enough formula?)

My daughter loved avocado! It's full of healthy fats.
