Spilled hemp seeds in car, would that be trouble at traffic stop?
I had a snack pack of spicy hemp seeds that I was eating, and was unaware I spilled some in the seat. While my boyfriend was cleaning out the car, we were debating if that would be problematic if a police officer pulled us over and happened to see them. My boyfriend says hemp seeds look just like marijuana seeds. Even if they were plain hemp seeds, unroasted, I wouldn't have gone to jail over that?
If anyone was or is a LEO, what would you do in that situation?
Seeds wouldn't be considered "intent to grow" or something?

The ingredient that makes marijuana illegal is THC. There is no THC in seeds. A dog may alert to them, but you won't be arrested.

I've been caught with over 4 grams, all they did was take it for them selves :o true story they also smashed my bong so seeds I'm thinking they wouldn't notice or care
