Facebook - how to stop my likes from being seen by my contacts friends?

I upoaded a picture of my child for my 40 facebook friends (I keep it close people only). Then when some of those 40 people "like" my photo, it then shows up on their friends timelines. I cannot seem to find a privacy setting to change this. I already have everything I can access set to "friends only".

Help?

you cant find it because it doesnt exist

facebook is meant to share with people, and when one of your friends likes or comments something you do, all of their friends can see it too, because it's their activity too then

if this upsets you, then you should stop using facebook and go back to using email to share things

another way to do it tho, which is a lot less convenient, is to set up a "list" or your friends and then send them each a private message with the pictures in the message, they wont be able to "like" them then, but they can reply to your private message kinda like a comment - however doing things this way defeats the whole purpose of using facebook in the first place
