@invoker: it took me 6 years of studying to develop a method.. it's not as simple as telling you a surefire technique in a few words. (though if you want to learn horary, a good start is looking up works by Christian Lily, Alan Leo, and Barbara Waters.) Oh... that chart that you posted isn't a horary chart, it's a natal chart. Horary is the process of delienating a yes or no answer from a chart crafted at the exact time that the person asked the question. It is complteley different from natal (birth) astrology.
