what is the best way to introduce Gerber yogurt into my 7 month Olds diet?

He has only had dairy once when he tasted my yogurt. If I let him I'm sure he would eat the whole tub so my question is for his first yogurt feeding how much is okay to give him? Thanks

What amounts of other foods is he eating, right now? I would stick to a tablespoon or two until you know how he reacts to it. Maybe make sure you don't introduce any other new foods when you do so, so you can rule our dairy issues? Since he liked it so much, I wouldn't bother trying to add it to oatmeal, veggies etc. Just offer it to him by teaspoon and watch for eczema and other dairy issue signs.

    Good luck!

So he is breastfed and you eat no dairy yourself?

    Or he's on soy formula?

If he's had dairy through your milk or as milk-based formula, you can be sure that he's not allergic. So he can eat as much as he enjoys.
