I was doing Comptia A+ and Network + at a training school.But they didn't provide much hands-on training..So I'm now doing self study for the exam...I been doing computers since when i was 13 or 14 years...old. so i have experience, so since i did training and and doing self study what should be listed on my resume ??so i could get a job I live in NYC,

If you passed the certification test you can list it on your resume.
Anyone with an enthusiast mindset towards computing and a few months of experience should be able to get it.
