Is there any simple way of extracting a twiddly bit of music from the middle of a track and make it a ringtone?

I love the bit of saxophone from 'Reasons to be cheeful' by Ian Dury and the Blockheads and want it as my ringtone. Can this be done?

Any simple sound editor can do it. try Audigy or Wavepad sound editor

    (google finds them)

    Just done it with Wavepad

play the track - goto 2:35

    delete the front

    play to about 32.5 seconds

delete the rest and then save the snippet in whatever format the phone needs

    Done!
