How to unlock Battlefield 3 solider in Mass Effect 3?

I have Battlefield 3 on PS3 and I have Mass Effect 3 on PS3. Can anybody please provide me with a step by step procedure on how to get that character? Thanks :D

    I have the Battlefield 3 soldier for Mass Effect 3. I got mine after activating my Battlefield 3 online pass.

    Otherwise you can also get it by purchasing the reward packs for multiplayer. Your best bet is by saving up your credits and going for the reserves pack. You're not guaranteed to get it in your first pack, but eventually you will.

    I think you are supposed to get it by activating the online pass for BF3
