for less frizz, use a conditioner. If you don't want to use or buy a conditioner, you can make a home-made natural one: with olive oil (it works great for my hair!), eggs, vinegar, avocado... it might sound weird, but they really are good for your hair. You can check some out her: http://www.wisebread.com/5-hair-conditioners-you-c...
You can also do the hot oil treatment (look it up) once a week,
and always rinse your hair with cold water!! (like this the cuticle closes)
If your hair is STILL frizzy, try a leave in conditioner, and if it keep on being frizzy, when you finish washing it, put some olive oil (a little!!!) and leave it in.
Frizzy hair usually has dandruff, so you might want to use teatree oil too.
If you dare, you might want to try the no-poo treatment (google it) but give it at least a 3 month try :)
Do you wash it too often? 2 times a week is perfect for your hair, do NOT wash it every day!!!
And if you are using gel or straighteners, they make your hair frizzier too :(
hope i helped :)

Lots and lots and lots of conditioner - condition when you wash it, intensive conditioning treatment once a week, leave-in conditioner.
