Sony vaio laptop, can not reach the home screen! HELP!!!!!?

So I just got my sony vaio laptop about a month ago. About a week ago the computer shut down citing that it needed to do some updates. Halfway through the updates it shut off, turned back on, and now all it shows is a black screen, Its not the blacklight, seeing as the mouse is still moving, I am not sure what to do, please help

    take it back to the store and get your refund make sure you have your receipt otherwise youll be paying 170 to fix this by yourself

    You have manufacturer warranty.Call them and ask for help.

    you need to reinstall windows

    if you don't know how you will have to give it to your technitian
