Do Hybrids save much on fuel in the winter?
It seems like the gas engine must have to be running to get any heat, making them less economical than one would think.

Hybrids arent really that economical. Around town they dont do any better than a regular engine. Waste of money. Building one car causes more pollution than my 22 yr old truck will create in its entire life.
