How will less sugar in my diet affect me?
I'm already skinny (6 ft about 150 lb) and I'm going to cut soda out of my diet. I drink about 2-3 cans a day. I also plan on working out more and I'm assuming that less sugar in my diet will help to see better results. Is this correct? All answers are much appreciated.
@ No Name: I might switch to diet soda if I start having withdrawals.
