What is the technical name for these pliers?

I need to know what the technical name is for the pliers that you use for fill hose and garden hose female fittings? Not pinch off pliers... they only serve one purpose which is to tighten down the fittings to spigots. Thatnks for all your help.

    3; Side cutting pliers

    4; Water pump pliers

    5; Locking grip pliers
