Marinades were often reused as sauces or cooked in with the marinated food. It is only in recent years that we have grown so paranoid that we think everything will make us sick. If there was salmonella or some other bacteria in your chicken that can't be killed by heat, it is already in the chicken and cooking it in the marinade will not get you any more sick than cooking it without it. There are a lot fewer chickens that contain bacteria than most of us believe. If possible buy natural or organic chickens that are not fed hormones or antibiotics.

You should be fine. You don't want to use the excess marinade, since that can have chicken germs in it. But any that is on the chicken when you bake it is fine. That kills the germs.

It's fine, might just be more water coming out when baking, take out the excess water when the chicken is ready

You should NEVER cook chicken, pork or beef in the marinade that it soaked it, especially chicken. No, you will not die, but it could make you sick.
