Matrix rear wipers are costly. Is there a narrow 22" refill that I can make a two 11" blades from?
05 Toyota Matrix. Rear Hatchback windows wiper blades are hard to come by and very expensive. I would like to know what the narrow blade size code is so I can cut 2 blades from one refill. $12-15 for an 11" blade is nuts!!
Well there Mr . Been There... When one survives Leukemia and goes from making a 6 figure salary to a mere pittance and money is tight, one must get creative in order to keep that car. Take your advice and shove it. For any other Matrix/ Vibe owners out there, a Bosch Steel Tech Wiper is almost exactly the same. Now I have 2 blade refills for less than half the cost of one.

What a cheapo you are. If you can afford the car, you can afford wipers.
I DO agree that wipers are way too expensive, and you can't buy the rubber refills any more, but come on man, trying to make two out of one is the height of thrifty, (AKA CHEAP) and your homemade wipers wont work very well either.
