How long can tadpoles of toads..toadpoles? survive in the tadpole stage?

I have an aquarium and I have toad fish in them. They do hibernate in a pond but develop no legs yet. Can this take for more than one season? Does this depend on the species? Or does this depend on the climate as well? Is it normal for them to take more then one season?

My parents have a pond and every year the toads would lay eggs in the pond. Within a month or two they would get legs and change into little toads. The bull frog tadpoles would take much longer and they were huge.

faucet water isn't an argument if it is been dechlorinated. the actual issues would be. a)Feeding him as distinctive species of tapoles consume truly some issues. additionally wild fish, and tadpoles oftentimes have themes eating flakes, and pellets. b)save the water high quality wholesome for the tadpole. (Bettas are exceedingly hardy in this know.) With yet another creature interior the tank/bowl ammonia will develop swifter. you will need extra fequent water variations. c)Temperature. Who is familiar with what the prefered water for this variety a tadpole is? while you're actually not careful approximately making effective the water you're employing for a water substitute isn't the comparable temp it would desire to kill your tadpole. (unexpected variations in temp are not solid for the betta the two.) individually i'd circumvent putting tadpoles in alongside with your betta. He would not choose or choose the corporate, and you probability bringing in a disease.
