If I ordered a Latte in Italy what would I get.?

    A glass of milk.

    To get a "latte", you would have to order a caffè latte/caffellatte, (in France, Café au lait).

    This is similar to the the classic "Pepperoni pizza mistake" (you get peppers, not pepperoni sausage)

    well you wouldn't get a latte because Latte in Italian means milk in English so you would gust get milk.
