What to do with the rest of a large bottle of beer?

Question

Just put a cup in the crock pot with a corned beef and would like to use the remaining 2 cups to make something else. But what? No beer batter recipes, please, unless they are gluten free. Is there a soup or something interesting i can do?

Do you like cheese? There's a specialty cheese called beer-washed cheese that might be fun to mess around with. I don't know if you could buy finished cheese and try this, but it might be interesting, yeah?

If you have a garden and slug problems, you can make slug and snail traps with beer.

I believe there are a couple desserts, cake-like, that use beer as well.

Back before hair product, we used to curl our hair with beer.  It kept it's curl, but was a bit .. not-natural (stuck together).
