I have a bad GPA - which colleges do I have a chance at?

Unweighted GPA: 3.2 out of 4.0

Weighted GPA: 4.33

    To be honest, you probably have a better chance of getting into Harvard or Yale over an applicant with a perfect GPA, depending on your SAT/ACT scores, extracurricular activities, community involvement, etc.

    I'm not saying to throw your GPA out the window. Just don't sell yourself short when you apply for your colleges of choice. As almost any teacher and guidance counselor will tell you, colleges are interested in the "whole package" when considering an applicant for admission, not just the GPA.

    Sorry to tell you this but you do NOT have a bad GPA. A bad GPA is like 2.3.

    You can get into about 90% of the universities and colleges out there.

    Also note most colleges only look at unweighted GPAs.
