I'm scared to sleep?

After losing conciousness about 6 months ago I struggle to sleep. I'm exhausted and I have to be so tired sleep takes over for me to be able to sleep. Every time I close my eyes I remember being lay on that floor unable to move and it scares me, having no control of my body like that. The last thing that went through my head before I woke up was **** it head hurts sleep!

Every time I go to bed I have to play music all night and plan my nest day just to try to tire me out. When I lie down and do settle for sleep I remember falling hitting the floor then waking up and my legs wouldn't work.

How do I get past this so I can sleep at night!

Yes, I have problems with sleeping too. Sometimes, I think of scary stuff. Ouch, I wish I don't ^ ^" I used to have sleeping problems like you, and I was super scared to sleep. I was scared of the night, and I could not relax at all. I tried telling a parent, but they said " RELAX ". Like heck, was that going to work? DUH, NO. Eat a sleeping herb, and it will work. I eat melatonin and I relax a bit more. If somehow you can't eat sleeping pills, try ACTUALLY relaxing. Read a book, and calm your self down ( like heck thats going to work xD ) I stopped fearing myself when I thought of....the good things about sleeping. Sleeping - gets your energized! Sleeping - is important to your health. Sleeping is the most relaxing part of the day, and this is what you must do. Exercise. Eat good food, not junk food. EXCERCISE

I am really sorry I know how it is to not be able to sleep don't give up you need to talk to some one to learn how to be able to control it. You have to have sleep I tried the music too but it didn't work for me. You may try some over the counter medicines I use advil pm it helps a little but you really need to see some one you can talk with there is a number you can try it's a recording 24/7 and it's free and see what it tells you. 1-800-999-1658 EX..8772 or 8773 there is another its 3766, 3344, a doctor can help you get through what keeps you to keep having these dreams and they can also give you something too that might help. Also when you are trying to think about what you need to do the next day isn't good you need to figure out how to get your mind at rest. You may have some kind of underlying problem that you are unaware of. Some thing awful happen and you need to get that problem fixed. This is not much but I hope it helps please see a therapist and or doctor. PLEASE

Sorry for what happened. Why don't you visit a Doctor and tell him about your problem. He'll definitely provide help and you would be sleep then.

When I struggle to sleep, I think of something that's good or make a story. It helps me sleep.

Maybe you should try something like this which interest you.
