I'm scared to sleep?
After losing conciousness about 6 months ago I struggle to sleep. I'm exhausted and I have to be so tired sleep takes over for me to be able to sleep. Every time I close my eyes I remember being lay on that floor unable to move and it scares me, having no control of my body like that. The last thing that went through my head before I woke up was **** it head hurts sleep!
Every time I go to bed I have to play music all night and plan my nest day just to try to tire me out. When I lie down and do settle for sleep I remember falling hitting the floor then waking up and my legs wouldn't work.
How do I get past this so I can sleep at night!

My ex hit me almost 6 months ago. I haven't had any contact with him since that morning but I keep having dreams. I can't fall asleep and I keep reliving it I've tried everything to relaxation music to milky drinks. The last time I fell asleep easily without thinking about it was laast time I had too much to drink, which is not healthy! How do I get past this so I can sleep at night?

A few months ago I was assulted, literally a min after the blow to my head I collapsed I don't remember losing conciousness but I do remember looking down the stairs at myself lay in a cumpled heap. I remember hearing my attacker come charging down the corridor I had just escaped from and I heared him throwing himself at the door screaming at me that I was a ***** I just thought gotta wake up then I was lay with my nose on the floor my legs not moving before I dragged myself screaming for help, just before he managed to break the door open
What happened to me why was I able to see myself like that, did I dream it? How did I manage to wake up like that? Is this normal?
