Avocado's....l love them.What is your favourite way of eating them ?

Here in Chile, instead of dinner we have tea time, and we mashed avocados with a fork, add some salt, lemon juice, and use it as a spread on bread or crackers.

It's delicious.

Guacamole for sure, but also chopped up with tomatoes and some lemon juice, olive oil and salt & pepper. I love them in nori rolls, too. And collard wraps. And to make a creamy salad dressing. And all on their own.

Really fresh guacomole, diced onion, garlic, tomato, pepper, lemon, coriander- they're the best in guca. I can eat guac like cereal. With a huge spoon from a big bowl.

I do love avocados but they are a pure fat - just like butter or oil but with more nutrients. That said, sliced on salad, or Guac are my two favorites - mixed with a little mayo and spices for a sandwich spread is also a treat from time to time.

I use them in sandwiches, salads, omelets, and in New Orleans they make the best drink (like a smoothie but better). There is no bad way..........

I like them in guac, sandwiches, salads, you name it. My favorite is this: mix with halved cherry tomatoes, quinoa, chopped red onion, and a bit of lemon juice. :)

sliced on a blt or spooned from the flesh or pureed with rice to make a spread.

i love to put them on my bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich.

also like to make dip with them and serve with doritos

they are delicious on top of chicken taco soup

i love guacamole! i am not a fan of them any other way, but i wish i were. haha. one of those things i always think i like but dont.
