Is 2 or 3 weeks in the fridge too long for my deer stock?

I boiled a deer stock 2 or 3 Sundays ago and forgot it was in the fridge. Is it unsafe to boil it again for a soup?

Left overs, or cooked things that you are storing in the fridge... I always use the one week rule. If you don't use or freeze it within one week, toss it.

Yeah, it needs to be tossed. The residual fat in the stock has probably spoiled by now.
