Why am I not losing weight?

I eat a ridiculous amount of vegetables and 3 servings of fruit a day. I have a low carb high protein diet and am doing insanity plus going on a half hour walk every day. Why am I not losing weight? It's driving me crazy! Ive been doing this for about a month now and I have GAINED a pound. I'm getting really put down and it sucks.

    If you had a scale that could show you what's going on internally you would see that you are losing weight, your body is just holding extra fluids to deal with and keep up with your exercising. It's totally normal, just be more patient, your brain and body still haven't had the time to make all the changes they need to in-order to keep you going, so don't quit now. Keep going, make sure your diet is Sensible and your Exercise is Enjoyable ( that's the key to exercise success). And relize that a healthy lifesystyle will give you benefits far beyond that of just losing weight.

    ok, what are you drinking? eliminate sodas, sugary drinks and alcohol. When you eat the veggies, it's ok to eat some of them raw and not cooked all the time. Increase your intake of water and try again. If you still aren't losing weight, go see your doctor. There may be a medical reason.

    walk around the block once mid morning and once midafternoon

    eat breakfast there have been so many studies done that show that people who eat breakfast lose more weight
