I've been on aupairworld, greataupair, aupair.com, energyaupair, newaupair, and so on. I'm looking more for an agency that you pay a small fee and they help place you with a family, not just show you a list of families that want an au pair. Please help! Also, if you have any other tips on becoming an au pair, they would be very helpful. Thank you! (Ps I am from the US trying to au pair in Europe)

I am from US and wish to au pair in Denmark. Are there placement agencies that I can pay that will match me with a family so I am guaranteed a job? Or do I just need to search on my own and find it? I would really like to be able to just be matched. Thank you!

My hens started laying eggs (I have roosters). With my first batch, I started out by refrigerating the eggs because I was going to eat them. Then I decided to hatch them so I gave them back to my hen. 3 hatched, 3 didn't. With my next batch, I'm wondering if I should refrigerate them until she lays 6 for her to sit on, or if I should leave them outside until all 6 eggs are laid and then she can sit on them.

I'm not sure how old she is but we bought a boy and a girl and the boy is doing completely fine but she is acting weird. The first few days they were running around and swimming and eating and drinking normal. Now she is kind of slouching weird instead of standing tall and she isn't chirping much, she's not eating or drinking, she doesn't run around much or even walk around, and she burrows her face in anything and pecks a little then she opens her mouth and breaths really heavy about 10 times and stops for a minute then does it again. It's really weird. I want to help her! We feed them both poultry feed that the feed store told us to feed them.

About a year ago, I found a recipe for bran muffins where you used apple sauce for lower fat and I'm pretty sure they were flourless or they had a small amount of flour in them. But I can't find the recipe anywhere! Does anyone have any low-carb low-calorie bran muffin recipe? It doesn't necessarily need to be flourless and have applesauce haha. Thank you!!!

I eat a ridiculous amount of vegetables and 3 servings of fruit a day. I have a low carb high protein diet and am doing insanity plus going on a half hour walk every day. Why am I not losing weight? It's driving me crazy! Ive been doing this for about a month now and I have GAINED a pound. I'm getting really put down and it sucks.

I'm abroad for school for 4 months and did not bring anything for my laptop except the essentials. The other day I turned my laptop on and it showed the dell loading screen then in the top right corner there was a flashing cursor.
