Flourless applesauce bran muffin recipe?

About a year ago, I found a recipe for bran muffins where you used apple sauce for lower fat and I'm pretty sure they were flourless or they had a small amount of flour in them. But I can't find the recipe anywhere! Does anyone have any low-carb low-calorie bran muffin recipe? It doesn't necessarily need to be flourless and have applesauce haha. Thank you!!!

This is my favorite. Try swapping out some of the brown sugar for applesauce if you need it lower cal.

1 1/2 cups wheat bran (not cereal)

    1 1/2 cups buttermilk

2 cups flour (you could do half oat/half flour)

    2 tsp baking powder

    1 tsp baking soda

    1/2 tsp salt

    1 tsp cinnamon

    1 tsp vanilla

1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp packed light brown sugar

1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp molasses

    1 egg

1/4 cup melted butter or vegetable oil

2-3 cups raspberries or blueberries (frozen is easier)

Put buttermilk and bran in a large bowl and let soak 15 mins while you get the rest of your ingredients together. Preheat oven 350F.

In a second bowl, combine dry ingredients: flour, salt, baking powder, soda, cinnamon. Whisk and set aside. Toss your frozen berries into the flour mixture enough to coat them.

In third bowl combine brown sugar, egg, molasses, melted butter, vanilla. Whisk together. Pour into bran mix and stir to combine. Sift flour mixture into this mixture, just enough to moisten it, don't over mix. Spoon into lined muffin tins. Bake 25 mins until tops are firm or a toothpick comes out clean.
