    As we should. Without the protection of weapons, no matter how ridiculous it sounds to the average liberal, we would be vulnerable at the hands of our own government.

    I think the interesting point, in this entire conversation... Gun ownership, has actually decreased, in the United States... Fewer people, actually own guns... Its just that the ones that do own guns, have arsenals... Knowing this fact, makes me wonder, about the entire "Fast and Furious" gun-walking scandal.... Another Republicans Self-Inflicted Wound ?

    I was not aware of that, but I don't doubt it. Of course having a large population is one reason for a large amount of guns. Not to mention the culture of violence that pervades in the U.S.

    Yes,we do and it is very wrong.For people who think they need them for protection of the government ,if I felt that way I would leave the USA.How can you live in such fear?

    seeing the movies and television shows, and the legality of owning guns, i am not surprised, in my country its illegal to own firearms
