    The first one.

The second options is wrong. "auch" is always put behind the verb or the auxiliary:

Ich lerne auch Französisch und Deutsch.

Ich habe auch Französisch und Deutsch gelernt.

(In the sense "to learn sth" the verb "lernen" is preferred to "studieren". "studieren" means that you study the subject at university.)

The place of auch modifies the sense

"Ich studiere auch Französisch und Deutsch:::: that means : (some ) other / others languages + Französisch und Deutsch"( more than 2)

"Ich studiere Französisch und Deutsch auch:::means Französisch + Deutsch (only 2)

Option 2 auch in that place ?

Jessica is not right, it always depends on what you want to say:

Before I start: französisch and deutsch (no capital letters)

In your examples the first one is right, the second one is wrong.

Ich studiere auch französisch und deutsch.

= I study French and German, too. (too = auch)

But you can also put the "auch" at the beginning:

Auch ich studiere französisch und deutsch.

= Even I study French and German
