Hyundai 2012 Santa Fe disk brakes problem?
we're having problems with the disk brakes in the back they are dragging, grinding and when making a right hand turn they really make a grinding noise. The dealer is looking into it so don't worry about that. If you want to try and diagnose the problem if the car is left overnight with the parking brake on it doesn't grind when driven in the morning.
I noticed that there was a difference in the smoothness of the rotators between front and back. Back being more rough (duh the brakes are grinding). The service manager says that this is normal because the way the brakes are set up is different between front and back. I'd like to call BS on his statement but I don't know enough about to call it. In my mind without any problems with the brakes the rotators should be smooth (but showing wear) in all four corners.
Thanks in advance for any information

Hi What has happened is that your examine engine mild has come on. This can imply a style of things, but the safest factor so that you can do is to name your mechanic and ask what they advise. Be prepared for them to ask you in regards to the automobile (ie. Is it making any noises, are you noticing any puddles on the bottom underneath your auto? And so on). They're going to tell you both to carry it in at your next carrier or to your piece of intellect to bring it's faster. Additionally they will have an notion of what the drawback is as good. If you are concerned about after you known as them - deliver it in to them - they're professionals and might be equipped to assess the problem. It could be simple - resetting the sunshine, adding fluid or whatever somewhat trickier. I'm sorry I can't support more, but I used to work for Ford, and do not know a lot about Hyundais. Good success! P.S. You might want to name Hyundai and ask for an proprietor's handbook.

My back breaks are completely gone and I only have 48000km on my 2012 Santa Fe. Is this common for that vehicle?
