Basketball Jumpshot help?

I'm having trouble with my jumpshot (I release with two hands, but release where it's supposed to, I don't push it, and I hold it properly, I pretty much do everything correctly. It's pretty much like this guy(Ray Allen) http://youtu.be/rPWtdEDUS80

The problem is, I'm thinking should I change my jumpshot. In the video you can see as soon he releases the ball, his guide hand floats off the ball just a little. Which creates the right amount of power and consistency with the ball. I have his jumpshot but it's that I release the ball with two hands. But everything else is perfect (Form, release, hand positions) But sometimes it's too much power and in the corners it goes sideways. Should I change it? I'm still consistent with my current jumpshot. Do you think it's worth it to change my jumpshot?

Thank you and please check out the video so you can get a clear view of my jumper.
