Can I get a tattoo if my 18 year old sister comes with me?

I'm 15 and in NSW, Australia

My sister and I are going to get matching tattoos. Can I get one if I say she is my guardian?

    Most people would demand some kind of proof that your sister legally is your guardian (a situation that could arise if both your parents recently died, were deported, were imprisoned or are in some kind of hospice). Unless she actually is your legal guardian then the shop probably will not tattoo you.

    Sure! If they believe she is ur legal guardian then u can get a tattoo since she is an adult.
