Getting a tattoo under 16 in Australia?

My sister is 18 and her and I were going to get matching tattoos. I'm 15.

Can I get a tattoo with her if I say she's my legal guardian?

Is there any paperwork she needs to fill out?

    NO.

    Do NOT do this.

No reputable artist will tattoo you. The only ones who would are the DISreputable kind, and the quality of the...'art'...they would put on your skin would be distinctly lacking.

Don't skimp on this ****. Save up, and when you're at least 18, shell out for the best quality tattoo you can get.

No. You need to show ID to get a tatto. Parental consent is not related to getting a tattoo. You have to be 18 to get a tattoo.

I am sure you can find someone to do tatty for you this way.

BUT, be careful, your tatto may look/sound cool now, but after some time you may hate it, and it WILL get worse, so as you are still growing and your skin with tattoo will strech !
