What is the origin of this poem?

Frustration

She said to me do you know frustration

I said to her, I've been here all night

And you haven't sold me a pint

She said to me, you only seem

To be somewhere around sixteen

And you can smoke if you want to

Because the laandlord sais so

But I only wanted one!

I read it in a book shop called "news from nowhere" in Liverpool city center and can only remember "divorce, dole, and disability"
