Doesn't it annoy you when someone doesn't play along with a harmless joke.
For instance.. A girl I like joked around and told me she stalks me.
So I sent a text saying "Hey, I think you need to replace the batteries in the cameras you installed in my yard, they keep beeping every time I go outside. :P"
How the heck would anyone think that's serious?! Hahahah

if they don't like it then your best option is to stop. otherwise you may lose them as a friend as well

That's crazy I wouldn't take it seriously but how long was it since the conversation about stalking had it been? She may have not understood the joke
